Dynamic Energy Services is a leading provider of energy-efficient LED lighting and advanced lighting control system upgrades. We are expanding our installation team and seeking qualified, licensed electricians who are passionate about sustainable technologies and delivering high-quality electrical work.

As a Certified Journeyperson and member of our Ontario Project Team, you will play a key role in upgrading lighting systems across commercial and institutional buildings. This includes installing new luminaires, retrofitting existing fixtures with LED technology, integrating and programming sophisticated lighting control systems, and performing associated wiring and panel upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform lighting retrofit installations and upgrades in existing buildings.

Install and program advanced lighting control systems.

Complete electrical wiring, circuiting, and panel modifications.

Ensure safe, clean, and efficient installations in compliance with electrical codes.

Travel to various project sites across Ontario, primarily within the GTHA.

Work flexible hours based on site schedules; some overnight travel may be required.

Collaborate with Project Managers and Foremen to meet project timelines.

Qualifications:

Valid Ontario 309A Electrician License or Red Seal Certification.

Valid G-Class Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.

Ability to obtain Police Clearance, Fingerprinting, and Security Clearance (Reliability Status).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean, professional workmanship.

Ability to read and follow detailed electrical drawings and instructions.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues on-site.

Physically capable of overhead work and lifting fixtures.

Comfortable working safely at heights.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Collaborate effectively with a team for maximum productivity and efficiency.

Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures, with a ‘safety paramount’ mindset.

Clear communication skills and ability to follow direction from supervisors.

Experience with Lighting Systems, EV Charging Stations, or Solar Panel Installations is an asset.
